Getting Started Configure your PC for remote access first. The app helps you be productive no matter where you are. And when I ping the IP address for my workstation, I'm getting request timeouts. But with Wifi 2, I am able to connect to the VPN using the same credentials however, when I ping the VPN IP address, I'm getting request timeouts.
